The Approach
Following the original installation, several items became available or required replacement. RDI coordinated a return visit to address those remaining needs, including credenzas, a conference table top, a planter, training table tops, replacement stool bases, and wheels for a training table.
Mike Kirn and Eric Missey handled the return visit, helping ensure the additional items and replacement components were taken care of.
The Result
By coordinating the follow-up installation, RDI helped the project move forward with the additional furniture and replacement parts in place. It’s an important part of commercial installation work: providing support beyond the initial delivery and installation when project needs call for it.
