Quotes can be requested by phone, email, or through our website. Once received, RDI reviews the project details and provides a clear, timely quote based on the scope, timeline, labor needs, and site conditions.
Project Intake
Once your quote is approved, our team officially sets up your project, collects any required documentation or purchase orders, and begins preparing for product receiving, scheduling, and coordination.
Project Prep
As products arrive, our warehouse team inspects and documents all received items within 24 hours, including any damages or discrepancies. Once everything is received and verified, we coordinate with your team to schedule installation - with flexibility to start small projects quickly and large projects within a week.
Project Begins
Before installation begins, our team confirms all final project details including scheduling, site access, contacts, logistics, and final drawings. This preparation ensures our crews arrive ready to work efficiently from day one.
Project Completion & Closeout
Final walkthroughs, punch items, and project completion details are addressed to ensure the space is ready for occupancy and long-term use.
