Project Overview
RDI completed a full office furniture installation for a new Lincoln County emergency services facility. As one of the final phases of construction, the installation required precision, protection, and controlled execution.
The space incorporated furniture solutions from MBI, Allsteel and HON, supporting the durability and functionality required in a public safety environment.
Project Approach
This facility did not have a loading dock, requiring careful planning before delivery day.
Our crews arrived prepared with protective materials to ensure:
- No floor damage during product entry
- Controlled movement through finished areas
- Clean and organized staging inside the building
With installation occurring in a fully finished space, protecting surrounding surfaces and maintaining manufacturer standards was critical.
Furniture installations often take place near project completion, when timelines are tight and finishes are final. That means every movement matters.
Our team executed the install with attention to detail, protecting the integrity of the space while maintaining efficiency and schedule alignment.
Result
The installation was completed smoothly and without damage, supporting a seamless transition into occupancy for the emergency services team.
At RDI, we understand that furniture is one of the final scopes on a commercial project — and one of the most visible. Precision and care are not optional.
