Commercial workstation installation

Fast Office Setup Using Existing Furniture Inventory

Overview

When a new tenant needs a workspace quickly, having usable furniture already in inventory can make all the difference. RDI helped a landlord prepare a new tenant’s space by pulling components from existing inventory and building 12 workstations to meet the tenant’s needs.

Project Details

Location: Missouri

Scope: 12 workstation installation

Furniture Source: Existing inventory

Client Type: Landlord / Property Manager

Services: Inventory Management, Furniture Configuration, Installation

The Challenge

A new tenant was moving into the property and needed 12 workstations ready for their team.

Rather than sourcing and purchasing an entirely new workstation package, the landlord had furniture already available in its inventory. The challenge was identifying the right components, configuring them for the new tenant, and getting the space ready without unnecessary delays.

The Approach

RDI already managed the landlord’s furniture inventory, giving the team a head start on the project.

Our team:

  • Reviewed the available inventory to identify the necessary workstation components.
  • Pulled the appropriate pieces from storage.
  • Configured the workstations based on the tenant’s needs.
  • Installed all 12 workstations in the new space.

Because RDI was already managing the inventory, the process could move quickly from identifying the available furniture to having a finished workspace.

The Result

RDI delivered and installed 12 workstations using existing inventory, giving the new tenant a functional workspace without the time and expense of sourcing an entirely new furniture package.

For landlords and property managers, having a partner who can manage inventory, configure furniture, and handle installation creates a much simpler process when a new tenant moves in.

Existing inventory. New tenant. Ready-to-work space.
