PROJECT APPROACH

This project marked a second expansion for the client, requiring a fast turnaround and precise coordination within a secure, active facility.

RDI managed the full scope of the project, including receiving, delivery, and installation, all completed in less than one week.

Due to the nature of the facility, the project required:

Coordinated access and security badging
Additional oversight during delivery and unloading
Scheduling alongside other active contractors on site

Our team worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure timing, access, and sequencing were handled without disruption.

With experience across multiple furniture systems, our installers were able to execute efficiently while maintaining the standards required in a high-profile environment.
