PROJECT APPROACH
The furniture for this project was received and stored at RDI’s warehouse until the space was ready for installation. Prior to install day, our team completed a walkthrough to confirm layout details, access requirements, and site readiness.
The project was coordinated with a dealership located out of state. RDI managed all on-site logistics, scheduling, and installation sequencing, allowing the dealership to rely on local execution without needing to be physically present.
RESULT
The installation was completed on schedule over a 12-day period, delivering a fully installed office environment with a smooth close-out process and minimal coordination required from the out-of-state dealership.
