RDI recently completed a multi-floor commercial furniture installation for a new dental office, helping transform the space into a functional environment ready to serve patients and staff.
The project included furniture throughout the lobby, private offices, exam rooms, and conference room. Before installation began, RDI’s operations manager walked the space with the customer to confirm construction was complete and the site was ready for installation.

PROJECT APPROACH
Preparing the site before installation is an important part of delivering a successful project. RDI’s operations manager completed a walkthrough with the customer before the installation to ensure construction was complete and the space was ready for furniture.
Once the site was ready, our crews completed the multi-floor installation, coordinating furniture placement throughout the office and ensuring each area was properly set up for use.
The project required our team to work across a variety of spaces, from the public-facing lobby to private offices, exam rooms, and the conference room.
CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND INSTALLATION
The customer was extremely complimentary of the RDI crew and the service they received throughout the project.
One moment in particular demonstrated the level of attention our team brings to each installation. While product was still being brought into the building, the customer mentioned that the folding chair she was using to work from was uncomfortable.
Andy noticed and, without being asked, opened a box containing task chairs, assembled one, and brought it over for her to use.
It was a small gesture, but it reflected something important about the way our crews approach their work: we don’t just install furniture, we take care of the people we’re working with.
RESULT
RDI successfully completed the multi-floor installation, providing the new dental office with furnished lobby, office, exam, and conference spaces ready for use.
The project also reinforced the importance of preparation, communication, and customer service throughout the installation process.
