Founded in 1973, our family-owned company has grown into
RDI – ReceiveDeliverInstall, while staying true to the craftsmanship,
reliability, and relationships that have defined us for more than 50 years.
Timeline of Events
2017
Joseph Edward Manley IV and his wife, Joan, started the Joseph Manley Co. offering commercial interior construction
2018
Originally, we started installing manufacturers such as:
- Haworth
- Unigroup
- Steelcase
- Miller AO
- Knoll
2019
Meeting the demands of our customers we began modular wall and floor-to-ceiling installations
2020
We achieved a major milestone with our first million dollar project which included a mile of wall and thousands of workstations
2021
Joseph Edward Manley V joins his dad at the company, full time
2022
Jake Manley joins the Manley family of companies, full time
2021
Jake and Joe Manley V take over the operations of the family businesses from their dad

With the growing demands of modular wall, we reorganized our team and created a full wall division of the company. Our foremen are specialized in all the major manufacturers of wall

The third generation of Manley’s begin to the join the business – with Joseph Manley VI (Joey)

To better serve our customers, we relocated to a new office location which allows us to provide full-service warehousing

At Manley, our history is a huge part of what we do every day. While we stay close to our roots, we continue to grow geographically – throughout the Midwest and beyond. Manley companies will always be here to make office spaces look beautiful and delight our customers.

Our parent company is officially rebranding to better reflect the full scope of what we do: Receive. Deliver. Install. RDI - ReceiveDeliverInstall is stepping into the spotlight with a refreshed logo and updated branding.
